Great stay with a minor hiccup

The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, bursting with options that catered to all. Cozy, well-appointed room made us feel at home during our stay.

Our joy was dampened by the swimming pool area, which didn’t meet the usual cleanliness standards. A slight scum on the tiles was disheartening after a long day.

The luxury of a heated bathroom floor was a treat! Enjoyed the fantastic indoor swimming pool during our stay.

From friendly staff like Siobhan and Antonette to delicious food on steak night, it's a memorable stay. Our lovely room was clean and spacious, with a perfect breakfast to start the day right.

Unfortunately, noise from events affected our sleep, and WiFi connectivity issues made it hard to stay connected. Some maintenance aspects felt dated, detracting from the overall experience.

Perfect match for short stay in Letterkenny with good value. Enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which kept the kids entertained. Bring your own snacks, as food ordering can be a bit chaotic.

Perfect family getaway!

We stayed for just one night. The steak at the restaurant was seriously the best I've had, and the pool kept our 14-month-old entertained! The room was super clean and cozy. Only bummer was the noise from other rooms during the wedding party. But honestly, our stay was fab!

We loved the complimentary access to the leisure centre—it was perfect for an all-over workout and kept the kids entertained. The breakfast was also a highlight. it offered a mouthwatering selection that made for great family mornings. Plus, we appreciated the spaciousness of our room, and our furry friend felt right at home too!

The reception staff sorted out a little hiccup with our room quickly, which was a relief. We loved relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and enjoyed a nice massage at the wellness centre too. Just a heads up, the shower pressure could be better, but it didn’t ruin our fab stay! 😊

The room was spacious and well-furnished, which was a nice surprise. It even had a fridge and fan, though I wasn't sure if the fridge was working properly. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was super comfy, contributing to a good night's sleep. Glad I got upgraded to an Executive room too!

The hotel features a lovely foyer and spacious common areas, making it easy for seniors to navigate comfortably. The staff were always willing to assist, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The leisure facilities were fantastic. my family loved the swimming pool, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping, and they even remembered my special request for a drink!

While overall a wonderful stay, the towels in the bathroom could be larger for better comfort.
